*Residency agreement and terms apply. Not valid in Nevada. Valid for referring new residents only – short-term stays and transfers from other Atria-operated properties are not eligible. Referred resident must sign a lease by December 31, 2024, and live at the community for at least 90 days to receive $1,000 off their third month’s rent. The referred resident will receive a move-in allowance credited to their account. The referring resident will receive a credit on their monthly billing statement after the 30-day stay requirement is met by the referred resident.
